Rust:  Caused by  Phaleopsora ampelina.  

Symptoms

   The disease is more common during rainy season with moderate temperatures, during June - November.

  Typical dark brown necrotic lesions on the upper surface of the leaves with orange-yellow coloured uredo-spores on the corresponding lower surface develops.

  Wind helps in distribution of this uredo-spores and hence the spread of the  disease.

control measures

Spraying 0.1% Carbendazim, Methyl thiophanate, or Baycor or Quintol 0.2% regularly at 10 to 15 days intervals during June to November is suggested to check the disease.
